How long does the process take?
The typical turnaround time for all fully customized ring is between 8-12 weeks from the day you approve the design. This does not include shipping time.
How do I find everyone's ring size?
Use our guide below to get your measurements. Alternatively, you can purchase your own ring sizer with us.
What is the difference between the standard and premium plan?
The standard plan rings are made of zinc alloy and electroplated with stainless steel. The premium plan rings are made of brass and stainless steel and are electroplated twice with .925 sterling silver or 18K gold (or black gold for the black plated rings). Standard plan is intended for minimal use for special occasions whereas premium plan rings are build for everyday use.
What dimensions are these rings?
Our rings vary in all shapes and sizes. The average men's sports ring measures 1" x 1" on the top, however dimensions can be adjusted based on your specific needs.
I'm not a good artist. How do I design a ring?
Just fill out our questionnaire and our professional staff will help you find the resources you need. Provide a brief description of what you'd like on your ring (your logo, colors, text, etc) and leave the rest to us!
